My mother had to go into a nursing home and we needed to sell her home to pay for her room. Nothing had been maintained in the home for many years. Scott advised us what he thought was the minimum we needed to do to make the home salable. We spent almost 10 months renovating her home in between working. We were in regular contact with Scott who kept us up to date on movements within our suburb. His local knowledge was invaluable. When we finally had the home ready to sell Scott secured a buyer within 2 weeks and negotiated a great price. He is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We can highly recommend Scott as your local agent.

Absolutely the worst real estate I've ever dealt with. Don't ask them for anything. Abusive is the only thing they know.Edit: as you can see by their response. Yes I'm not on your files because you told me to stop contacting you. You owe me the cost of replacing the fence idiots. I will not remove this. You are the ones that were rude first.

Scott used his negotiation skills to bring three buyers to the table with signed contracts at a very impressive sales price and all off market. The house was sold in a week. Very happy.
