The team helped me out when the alternator of my LandCruiser unexpectedly died. They squeezed the work in their busy agenda and were very friendly from start to finish. A bit pricey as always with Toyota, especially the $148 diagnosis that takes less than 2 min to confirm a dead alternator. Otherwise good experience. I recommend the place. Thank you to all the team members.

Just wanted to thank Natasha, Karen and the team from Toyota Scone so much for going way beyond in assisting us through a difficult situation with our vehicle being broken down so far from home. They arranged a loan vehicle after hours so we could get to our accommodation. On my return to collect my repaired Prado they drove it to Muswellbrook to save me time and kms so I could get back to the Tweed that night. I am totally impressed with the customer service that you kindly provided us. 10 out of 10. Thank You Brad Franks
