Bob and his team do great work. Bob is very knowledgeable, reflecting some considerable experience. The service manager, Paul, is very responsive to feedback and queries about work done. They are very transparent about the work done and where variations can occur, and charge very reasonable prices.

Looking for a new partner to service our cars I contacted BWA Auto to replace my Audi's Water Pump. Paul was excellent from my initial call all the way to completing the work. The job was completed without a fuss, was competitive and the customer service was A1. Not sure if incompetent or straight-up rip-off merchants.Dropped off Audi Q7 with steering problem. Got a shrug and, “We can’t see anything wrong with it. That’ll be $316.”Took car for a second opinion 2 days later, and a failed steering rack was diagnosed inside of 10sec due to how the right rack end rod could be moved a centimetre in any direction by hand as soon as the car was off the ground.
