Small to Mid-sized Coles, decent range of products (including deli section). Helpful and friendly staff. Ample parking underneath. Self service checkout works very well. Best supermarket in Sutho

I used to shop regularly at this Coles as it’s small and I can do a family shop in less time. I would drop my kids to school and go do the groceries. They would only have the self serve registers open plus the one at the service desk, so nothing with a conveyor belt or anywhere to put up your groceries. The staff were always lovely and would help out at the service desk putting through my big trolley of groceries and would get another staff member to help as it’s ridiculous to try and put this through the self checkout. However this really wasn’t practical so I started shopping elsewhere.I returned again tonight, the first time this year and yeah nothing has changed. 1 register open, 1 closing and 6 trolleys lined up waiting to be served. Queues at the self service. Still not really good enough so I won’t be back until I forget about this and duck in again… Come on Managers, put on some staff.

Somehow I can never find the inexpensive home brand products in this branch:- coles coffee beans are never there- nor is a budget toilet paper- my favorite coles tomato juice isn't supplied. Can buy in Sylvania, but not in SutherlandSomehow this branch is focused to sell me the expensive stuff, the regular Coles home brand wares are regularly missing.

Good range of Coles products with many Christmas specials. Helpful staff, cheerful and friendly.Some fruit and vegetables were in short supply and more expensive than usual.Overall great

Stopped by on the way home for a quick dinner. They have next to no vegetarian options in their freezer foods. One frozen spinach pizza, a few spring rolls and pastizzis, some quorn. No family size quiche, no meat free nuggets. Kirrawee Coles has a lot more options in the meat free range so I'd prefer to shop there.

Coles, what can I say... It's Coles and generally the stores are all pretty much the same except for the odd thing here and there.I really like their roast pork and beef thats already cooked to perfection and ready to eat, it's a nice change from the standard roast chicken.Service is always good, even when they are busy and they stock a fair few gluten free products that I eat and enjoy regularly.Gluten Free two minute noodle cups and they taste good, Gluten Free shortbread cream biscuits, Gluten Free bread varieties and Helga's five seeds wins for best taste and consistency hands down, it doesn't get the dry cardboard feel or stale bread flavour.Glad one if the big chain supermarkets cares enough about the small percentage of the population that are coeliac and have very few options to choose from.Cheers!

I’m uber driver and usually park my car in every parking on different shopping centres but this is only one a saw the ticket machine is not on entry, we are living in 2023 bro update your system or can this is your system to earn money from this stopped way, also a disrespectful man whoOperates a ticket system, he didn’t listen and show his attitude i spend 20 minutes in uber shopping and get $65 dollar ticket, earn $20And spend $65 worth it, very bad experience

Literally no customer service. Not sure why they have no people serving at the checkout and only have self service? Line was out the door. Dont bother shopping there, go to IGA around the corner.
