Rang up to discuss a short term training period for my daughter and Vanessa bent over backwards to make sure everything was looked after. When my daughter made it in to train and met Vanessa (a week later), she remembered and looked after everything.Thanks Vanessa.

Got abruptly and rudely kicked out for wearing work boots as I came straight from work and didn't bring a change of clothes. This is how I usually go to the gym and it's never been an issue until today. Been a member for about four years.What an unimaginably stupid rule... you aren't allowed to wear protective shoes in a facility where having heavy objects dropped on your feet is a real possibility? Why not change the rule to no messy shoes or boots" - it takes the same amount of effort to enforce and actually addresses the problem."
