Had to wait for two hours for the appointment. staff very friendly, and no problem knew what was happening fixed first time

They will entertain you if they can see that they will make a good sale out of you. If you're asking for help only, they will not have a minute for you. I tried booking an appointment with them 3 weeks in advance and they said its fully booked. I just need help to sort out my telstra app because its not working, cant pay my bill.Stay away from this telstra branch. Unless you are a new customer, like buying a new device or getting a home broadband internet, yes, you will be entertained with smiles. After that sale, you're on your own.

The staff are always super friendly but there hasn’t been a time I haven’t been here without issues, my address was checked and the phone I ordered was sent to a place I lived at 5 years ago luckily no one was home so it went to the local post office but I still had to drive 30 minutes each way out of my to grab it, wife just changed her plan and we were assured she’d keep the same number but it ended up being changed.

Very bad experience will never go back there again. Asked to speak with manager did not even come out to hear the issues. Still waiting for the credit. Dont go there. Now going to Jimboomba telstra much better communicators and offering options

Jackie and llass were such a great help. Definitely would recommend them a helping hand at Telstra Browns Plains. Explained everything I needed to know and made sure the sale went smoothly.

Went in looking to update my phone and talk about my home internet plan.Multiple staff inside, a few talking to customers. I was greeted fairly quickly by a representative and asked what I wanted.Told the rep and was advised it would be at least 3.5 hours till they could see.Glad I wasted my time visiting the store to get face-to-face assistance.Frustrated beyond belief by the lack of service.Updated. You reply to my review and tell me to book an appointment as you are busy" then provide a link to your website that gives a 404 page not found error. You have to be joking right

I just wanted to ask a quick question about my phone plan and if time allowed look into getting a new phone but no. They would not even take a few minutes to help me. Told me I would have to wait for 2.5 hours but being a shift worker and working the hours that I do that was not an option. I just wanted a little help and not much of their time and I've been with telstra ever since I've had a phone. Might be time to look elsewhere and change providers. Thank you so much for wasting my time Browns Plains.

I have found Telstra Browns Plains to be good at customer service and helpful for me when I need a copy of my account bill. They have been able to find out the answers to my questions. Thank you Telstra.

My name is Divino, and I am so dissappointed how telstra browns plains handles customer service. My telstra app is not working and I went there twice but in both occassions was refused to be served by their team leader. After a week, I called them ( you have to spend like hours to get a hold of somebody in browns plains, nobody answere the phone), I was lucky to be able to talk to some one, the person said fully booked, no chance. I said how about next week, he said fully booked too. Ok, I said , how about the following week, he said fully booked too. I was trying to book an appointment 3 weeks in advance and he said it fully booked, that is hard to believed. As if I am a blacklisted customer.Stay away fron this browns plains telstra office people if you need help. They will entertain you only if they will make a good sale.I called Telstra Loganholme, that same hour a I was given an appointment for the next day.
