Woolworths is good. What’s not good is their trolleys that hangs around the car park uncollected and damaging shoppers vehicles. Two of our vehicles damaged at different occasions and the second time it happened after we let the first incident slip up was costly. Update : Received a follow up call from Woolworths and took my feedback regarding trolleys damaging people car. Hopefully they can have trolley that has brakes in the future to minimise further incident like this. Appreciate that a Woolworths team member has reached out and asked details about the incident and listened to what happened.

Clean, neat and tidy. The majority of the staff are friendly and very helpful. The only issue I have had is hot/shelf groceries being packed with cold/frozen goods as I have to unpack ASAP so cold goods don't go hot. I have on a number of occasions had bags over packed to the point the bag handles break when getting them into the boot.

5-Star Service from Jack!Yesterday I was served by Jack (on the registers), he was a breath of fresh air from what I’ve come to expect from big supermarkets. He was upbeat, friendly, warm & engaging - went above & beyond in his role at the check outs. He made my shopping experience less ‘clinical’. I really appreciated his customer service (and the efforts he went to with his costume). Really hope this feedback is passed onto him as he is doing a great job!

They need to improve the process of ordering platters from the deli! The online ordering is not working, I went to the shop to order and the lady who helped us “book” our order forgot to do so! Come pick up time/day and no order to pick up!! I ordered a few more items from other shops that day and all of them delivered except woollies.

The store is very nicely set out. Staff are always friendly and willing to help. One complaint would be that they struggle to keep track of how many people are there, and it takes way too long to get more registers open to meet demand.

Great local supermarket, with ample parking and click and collect, however the pick up area is not covered.
