I decided for my 200,000km service that I would take my Nissan vehicle into Ipswich Nissan where it was originally purchased and as I live some distance away and the Nissan dealership in my area had been bought out by others. I was very impressed, as well as a service, things wear out after this amount of kms and the service department and repairs now have the car running like new again. Even my wife noticed the difference in the car and she too was impressed. Thank you.

Photos of dealership are misleading, they have nowhere near this much stock or diversity of stock.Salesperson didn't seem to understand what I wanted, what he could offer, or when cars would arrive.To their credit, they did call me back for a test drive. But I had gone and purchased another car simply because they couldn't confirm when/if a car would arrive to test drive. Let alone buy.To be fair, I'll probably only continue to come here for the parts desk.The parts team here are exceptional. Found me rare and obscure parts, and even got me a part for a JDM only electric Nissan Van.Parts team are awesome, but can't make up for the poor sales team.

Just wanted to say how disgusting you support a racist organization such as ipswich netball! would never use your services now that we know you support a backward and unethical assocation such as ipswich so many other great diverse organisations to support why choose one with a horrible reputation that excludes kids based on colour ect what has ipswich netball ever done for the community? nothing!

We were treated so well today by Hope and Rhys at Nissan service, my husband and I took both our new cars in… one way scheduled for the whole day, the other an hour… they managed to get them both in so we could leave within an hour an a half. Helped us fine us find a local cafe and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy! So impressed! Well done team Nissan service!

Went to look at the qashqai Ti to possibly purchase. The cars on display inside and out of the show room were absolutely filthy!!!! Could not see in through the windows due to dirt build up on windows. All cars were locked, no staff to assist. Just a total waste of time. Wanted to buy locally but not this time.
