Amazing service! Super friendly staff, 2 girls working in my nails at once. I brought in a photo of what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for. They did my nails super quick and were very delicate with doing the details. I was surprised at the price, super affordable compared to other nail salons. 30/10 service. :)

Lovely Nails
This is my go to place each time I come to Melbourne. It's my first stop before a night out. All the staff is always super friendly and always make me feel welcomed. A luxury service with 2 or 3 ladies working on my hands and feet so I can get on with my day. Quick, clean and always up for a chat. The owner always makes me laugh. I come here once a month at least & have been coming here for months. Service is great & the level of quality is high too it’s amazing!!! I’m quite rough with my hands so for my nails to last me a whole month until I come back the following months says a lot :) always treated like a queen when I come hehe love it

Do NOT go here - the quality of work is not good and the attitude of management is very unpleasant. A waste of money and time…I had SNS nails put on and three nails broke in less than a week… I went back to the store on two separate occasions, asking if they could fix the nails (of course I was willing to pay). On both occasions, the manager/owner turned me away incredibly rudely because I wouldn’t be paying enough for just a couple nails to be fixed… I went back at a less busy time hoping they would kindly help me, but I was dismissed and ignored, without any invitation to come back or any real kindness/acknowledgement

the ladies here were super friendly and have a good sense of humour. i had a pleasant experience. they didn’t rush the job and made sure i was happy with my nails during the entire process. will definitely be back!!

I was doing the waxing today, and the worker was very rough, and i was telling her to be gentle and she said “if i being gentle i can remove your hair” she said, and have i got scar in my eyebrow so bad, which is make me really unconfident

My nails were done very neatly and carefully by the staff.All staffs are so friendly and willing to help me find the colour that suit me. Overall, this place is a good nail store with reasonable price compared to the ones I tried before. Especially a short waiting time so that I had more time to go shopping around. I was so happy to tip because of the professional service. Highly recommended!

Long story short I feel like I paid $40 to be bullied. I requested the manager lady to shape my nails as in a picture I provided. She refused to look at it and did as she wished. It didn’t turn out to be what I wanted so I asked if she could adjust the shape a bit. Then she got impatient and annoyed and accused me of wasting her time since she had another customer after me paying $55 waiting. I’d like to believe that I was polite to her throughout the session. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.
