Could not recommend more. R Jay sent two young electricians basicall the next day and they did a great job installing three fans and fixing some wiring issues. Great value, fast response, on time and job done very well. Very happy

Just want to say thank you to Trent and Adam. They installed fans today in my home in Strathpine. Absolute wonderful job! Such quick installation and a quality one at that. Really friendly, helpful and respectful of my home.Only missing 1 star on the rating because I didn't know they were coming today. When I spoke to a female from rjay a week and half ago she said she would pencil in the 20th but said she would speak to the sparky and see his availability and give me a call back. She never got back to me to confirm the date or give me a time. Glad my kids are up so early plus I have Mondays off which I didn't mind.I would still 100% recommend them.So thank you

We had RJAY replace an old AC unit, install a new one and install two powerpoints in tiled kitchen wall. Craig and his team were superb - flawless workmanship and finished in good time. Many thanks to Michelle also for organizing our appointment and keeping us updated along the way. We couldn’t be happier with our new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries AC units!

Brad and his team from RJ electrical completed the electrical on our home when we built last year. Everything has been perfect and I could not be happier. I recently contacted him to upgrade smoke alarms in our investment property and his communication and professionalism is second to none. He is knowledgeable and I have complete trust in his ability to undertake tasks promptly, accurately, by the book and with care and attention to detail. Thanks Brad and RJ electrical!

We have used RJay for a few jobs in the last couple of years. Troy in particular is very professional, extremely helpful and has given good product advice. It's also refreshing to have someone arrive to do the job on time as booked and leave the work site clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them.

Quite honestly, I couldn't ask for a better electrician to have worked on my new home. Brad from RJAY electrical was the man we had as our contact for our electrical work.... not only is he knowledgeable, he was approachable, happy to help out and answer questions that we had, and made really great common sense suggestions for the electrics in our new home. Can't thank him enough for the job he's done and honestly couldn't recommend a better electrician and decent bloke. Highly recommended!!!

RJAY Electrical was our builder's choice for all our electrical work and ducted air con installation for our new build. A year after we moved in, it was discovered that the ducted air was blowing into our ceiling, effectively wasting energy cooling our very large ceiling space, every time it was used over the entire year we have been there. RJAY Electrical did not complete the work competently and left a duct open in the ceiling. When approached to explain this, we were told that it would not have made any difference and hardly any energy would have been wasted. The conversation began with the person representing RJAY Electrical speaking very rudely, swearing, and then hanging up. I was so completely shocked at how unprofessional and rude they were with dealing with their customers. Furthermore, there is obviously a lack of attention to detail in their work in their initial error with installing our ducted air system. Interestingly, they no longer offer air conditioning services. We are left with no compensation for their error, and an extremely rude interaction that was simply appalling. We had no choice as our builder chose to use them, but if you have a choice, stay clear.

I had the unfortunate opportunity of meeting the owner / GM of the business today, Robina. Firstly to abuse my wife over the ohone then shirt front me and accuse her of telling stories and lying l find totally unacceptable. We were asked to quote on a job and her communication was nothing but poor. As a small business owner we pride ourselves on firstly good communication, friendly service, going over and beyond & a great job done. Steer well clear of Robina as she is not a nice person to say the least.Sad but true...

We were introduced to Brad and his team through our builder. We couldn't be happier. Brad was very reliable and responsive with all of our queries and requests. They did an excellent job! We are glad to now have a go to Electrician and Solar Panel company that we trust. Definitely recommend their service.
