Best salon I've been to in years!! Excellent customer service from a team who make you feel genuinely valued. Andrew is flawless. It was an effortless cut with high impact!! The salon is clean, respectable & the atmosphere is very welcoming. ****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED****

I am thirty now and I have been getting my hair cut by Andrew at Precision Hair since day dot. Andrew and his team always produce great results. I highly recommend.

I am so disappointed with the response I received to a complaint about my hair. Elsie the shop owner tried to state that I had issues in my personal life causing my upset, and couldn’t understand that the red and white hair I now have is not what I paid for or asked for. I asked for a full head of balayage foils, warm tones, I specifically said I do not want a line, it must be blended, should you use 3 colours to ensure it's blended. And I am left with this. $270 and I have left the store on my birthday in tears. I have never been made to feel so worthless and belittled in my life. I’ve been called “unreasonable” “I don’t know why you’re so upset” “I’d love hair like this” “I don’t know what you’ve got going on in your own life” how dare you speak to a client like that. That is considered emotional abuse. When I requested a solution, Elsie said we'll not be touching your hair again". I then asked for a refund

What a lovely salon! I have been searching for a Perth based hairdresser for a while now and I am delighted to have found Adam at Precision Hair. Adam is so professional and friendly. He carefully listened to everything I said and my cut, colour and style was fantastic - one of the best I have ever had. Thank you Adam! I highly recommend Precision Hair Midland.

Andrew did a wonderful job with my hair. My hair is not in great condition and he managed to make it look great without taking off too much length. I also asked for a fringe and got exactly the style I wanted. Will definitely go back.

I have been going to Precision Hair for years and have never once been less than amazed at what they do. All the staff are wonderful and very talented (Adam my normal hairdresser deserves a shout out). I could not recommend them enough.

I was contacted by the owner of this salon to inform me they were re opening, after they chose to voluntarily close due to the conflicting messages on COVID-19. I was really surprised and comforted by the personal touch and time taken to reassure me that all precautions and social distancing would be followed. I really needn't have been concerned, from the time I walked back into the salon, I felt right at home once again and all the promised precautions were taken. Thank goodness for Carmen weaving her magic and Ebonee making me feel so relaxed at the basin I walked out feeling a little less stressed over the current environment and certainly looked 100% better. Thank you to the Precision family, please don’t go away again :)
