I had a kitchen built by this company. Told my husband and I would be able to put it together ourselves with the instructions they provide… we were given builders specs? So if you are not a trade qualified builder or cabinet maker it’s a total waste of time.I measured out our current granny flat layout yet it was short by a pantry cupboard. So had another one ordered, measured in cm … somehow that measurement became almost half the cupboard wider? Magic. Then had to pay the cabinet maker an extra $350 to cut it down and remake it, total cost being $1550… for a pantry cupboard. Laughable. Save your time, money and patients and go to Bunnings . The worst experience I have ever had with a local businessAnd no, they do not come and measure anything.. be sure to keep the measurements you provide them. They take 0 responsibility

Gainsite is always good. Always a person to answer questions even on public holidays. Prices are reasonable and happy staff.

Really good, shame the weekend and public holiday call-out rates are so much but that's life. Great info on phone to try and help first, plumber was good but he could talk underwater with a mouthful of marbles and so I think we paid 45 mins for a 15 min job. I was too polite to tell him to shut up and work. Should have.

Jayden arrived on time, was friendly and professional and very kind with his dealings with my client

I have used the services of Gainsite for sewage clearance and toilet replacement.I have also recently used the business for a new flat pack kitchen.Very helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice of colours and styles.I was able to get a new kitchen for a fraction of the cost I had expected it to cost.
