Salesperson was very good but delivery guys caused a massive scratch on our wooden floorboards almost 2m long by dragging a queen mattress across it with cardboard under the plastic. Acting manager tried to assist but the owners washed their hands if it. Someone in the store tried to imply we had caused the scratch ourselves. Finally they told us to try to find a solvent to remove the scratch. Very poor customer service. Will not shop there again.
