Quicko Grocery Delivery

I can’t possibly fault the quicko business and team. I have never experienced such an awesome customer centric business and every single employee has been nothing but amazing and really friendly and helpful. It’s been a tough time for business throughout COVID, and these guys have gone above and beyond despite staff shortages and restrictions.I feel like the quicko community is an extension of my Aussie family and would recommend to anyone.

No words to describe how they saved me today. I am isolation with my partner, they delivered to my door. Placed the order at 10:55, received everything at 1pm. Thank you so much for this amazing service.

First time using this, The delivery was a bit outside of the estimated delivery time but the driver was extremely friendly and apologetic. The UI on both the website and phone app are very intuitive and pleasant to handle although some things look like they need a spell check. The ordering process is seamless.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the service, firstly making order was very simple via the website with lots of products available to choose from.Secondly, the person could not find 2 products in the supermarket so they called us and ask if we need refund or alter with something else.Lastly, the delivery was made right on time with all products properly placed in the bags.I am really happy with the service and would definitely use again and recommend to everyone...

Great experience throughout. Needed delivery as I was isolating with COVID. Good UI on the app or the website, and range of product is huge as they shop in stores, they don't seem to have their own warehouse. Delivery was 24h after order when earliest times offered via Woolies or Coles were 3 days minimum. So if you need something in 15 minutes, better use another super fast delivery app, but with this one at least you have a balance between big range of products and fairly quick delivery. With the shortage of products in store at the moment, I had a person asking for approval for replacing each product that wasn't available, sending me pictures and suggesting alternatives. I really appreciated how they tried to accommodate everything. Delivery was on time. I was a bit worried about fresh products given the shopping was done about 2hrs before the delivery, but all fresh products came in dedicated bags for cold products. For me everything was perfect end to end.

Just used Quicko for the 1st time as we are in isolation. Fabulous service - quick, easy, great range of items and here within the hour. A super lovely surprise for the kids too - what a great company!

Great service at a good price. Basically online supermarkets at $0 delivery fee when you order above $50. On time, secured payment methods and accurate items. The order pickers update you quickly when an item is out of stock. It can then be substituted or removed from your order.

Absolutely dreadful business to deal with, was told 1/2 days for my money to be refunded and nearly 10 days later not one cent has been returned.Shocking customer relations as I have sent emails in regards to the above and no answer.Will be reporting this company to the authorities.

So handy! Always really polite service and they do their best to get everything you need. They will text you if something isn't available and offer alternative options. Really helpful if can't get out and need a wide variety of groceries in a timely manner. Thank you!

The service of Quicko was the most helpful company I've ever come across.The website is easy to purchase groceries, with decent prices and the delivery man Chris that I met, was an absolutely lovely man who couldn't do enough to help.Groceries were delivered in the same day, in great quality and they make sure that you are looked after. Some items weren't available and my money was refunded straight away for those missing items.I am a customer for life. They certainly deserve a 5 star rating. Thank you again.
