IMPECCABLE!I visited this salon on a Saturday afternoon…peak…after having the most unfortunate experience at a neighbouring salon…Despite having no booking (on a Saturday!!), staff were full of empathy, went above and beyond, magically fitting me in for a blow wave.BIBA South Yarra was packed full of smiling customers who looked as though they were loyal regulars. Multiple members of staff greeted me whilst Shanae styled my hair to perfection.It is clear that this hairdressing team is not only talented in their own right but wow…. the positive work culture is palpable and a pleasure to be around! They all support and nurture one another to produce the best results for clients and speak very highly of their workplace. Love!Thank you for the many compliments I was gifted at my event that evening and of course, I have made a future booking with BIBA South Yarra.The most positive experience.

For just a tad over 30years, I’ve been a loyal client and you may say ‘part of the furniture’ to Joe’s team. The journey has broaden my experience by having different hair cuts/styles and colours all through the years, under the care of different team members. Each member is unique which continues to make the experience exciting and rewarding. Joe has a good team, hence I kept coming back! I was thrilled with my experience at Biba this week. After a disastrous cut at another salon, Joe happily listened to my concerns and then restyled my hair. It just shows what a fantastic difference an experienced stylist can make. I left feeling one hundred times better than when I walked through the door. Everyone at the salon was cheerful and friendly and it made for an enjoyable time. I will definitely be returning.

Went for a consultation a week prior to my appointment and was immediately greeted by all the lovely staff. Made an appointment to dye my hair a week later and the whole process was amazing! Such kind and caring staff, comfortable environment and most importantly, the perfect new look! Absolutely obsessed with my hair and my hair stylist Tatum <3 Will be back again!
