Australia Post - Moreland LPO

Susan the owner is totally unhelpful and does not acknowledge if a mistake is made, I was charged more than double the amount for shipping in error. I had to contact Aus Post directly who looked the transaction up on the system and said this was wrong and sent me some satchels to make up for my terrible experience! Will never go here again.

I don’t typically review Australia Post stores but I find this one really competent. Staff are friendly and they can clear a long que quickly. Will be my go to post store.

The lady with the glasses is absolutely lovely and very friendly and charges me fairly for items that are 1 - 3 grams over The staff try to cope with the busy times as to be expected and do their best

Served by Susan. Asked for French passport photos (light grey or light blue background) - they insisted that the photos they had taken were correct and that the background was grey and was pressured into taking them.Photos were rejected by French embassy. Was told I could get a refund- asked for a refund and was told quite rudely by Susan that this was no possible and that it was my fault and responsibility for accepting the photos. So rude. Never going back.

I go here regularly for postal services and banking. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience. I sometimes wish they were open until 5:30PM or 6PM on weekdays so I don't have to go to a farther away post office at those times.

Incompetent. Both the staff at the store AND the delivery staff. I've now had issues 3/3 times I've tried to receive a parcel. I have been home all three times, and all three times they've claimed I wasn't hope and only 2/3 of those times did they leave behind a card saying they had a parcel.Tried to call to speak to somebody about this being a reoccurring issue, and BOTH staff I spoke to answered a question I wasn't asking. Took 5 minutes for me to get them to stop saying a phone number at me and to EXPLAIN that the delivery service is outsourced. Which is all well and good, but how do they explain their own incompetence when he said my parcel was marked for them to contact me and they had not.....Customer service is not a difficult concept. Neither is delivering a parcel to somebody WHO IS HOME AND WAITING.

Friendly staff always helpful

Very dilligent and friendly staff, I'm a regular customer for the last 7+ years, so far so good.

Staff is brisk but helpful and not unfriendly, just not super friendly. Have gotten slip from delivery driver that sent me to wrong office when my package was here. And short hours makes it hard to pick up packages when you work. Also took a creepy picture for my husbands “Working with children” and would not let us retake it. But I get my mail and have been able to pick up packages. And they were very patient with a clearly mentally ill man who was in the store which I appreciate as a community member.

My experience has always been excellent. Service is prompt and friendly. Nobody loves post offices but this one is better than most!
