Very impressed with the staff at Gregory Real Estate. Sarah and Shayna did above and beyond to ensure that I was in my new tenancy quickly, with the keys in my hand just before a long weekend. I found the speed in which they worked is hard to find at other rental agency's.

Gregory Real Estate have managed my inner city Brisbane property for 14 years. They are well experienced property managers, conscientious in their approach and have always provided me with a service I could rely on. I always had confidence that they would work in my best interests. They communicate well and respond promptly to my requests and have provided me with good advice over the years. All financial matters such as payment of rental monies are promptly dealt with each month and the FY end. I have no hesitation in recommending Gregory Real Estate as rental property managers.

Friendly and helpful staff

We rent a property from Gregory and have found them unresponsive to urgent issues, and when they do respond, it takes them an unacceptable amount of time. Many of the things we have raised when we moved in haven't been addressed at all, and they don't seem to care about any of our frustrations. Would not recommend anyone rents through Gregory. They simply do not care about their tenants.Update: we have now vacated the property, and have found the vacate process to be ridiculous and inefficient. The agent has taken almost three weeks to assess damage costs, and has given outrageous costs for things that should not be considered. We do not recommend anyone rents through Gregory, they are quite poor when it comes to representing their tenants.

Speaking as a renter, Gregory Real Estate was absolutely amazing. Maintenance requests were processed quickly and efficiently and the staff were always friendly and professional. I have had a lot of experience renting but Gregory Real Estate is the best group I've dealt with - Thanks guys :)

Having been their tenant for over one year I can say just how amazing of a lease I had. My agent has answered all my queries and solved every apartment need promptly. Their professionalism goes far beyond the expectations. 10/10 will lease with them again.
