Poor communication, 3 visits to have what should have been a simple window panel replacement. Last visit to repair/install the window resulted in it popping off 2 hours after I got home, and after paying cash for the work and no receipt provided. Inferior adhesive used, just a narrow foam weather strip to stick a 4 foot window? Not what manufacturers recommended for this task at all. Not an expensive, big profit job, still, I would expect more expertise than what I got for my money.
