I employed Curran Roofing and Wayne to repair some problematic roofing and roof plumbing and to re-install a balcony roof in Colorbond . The job was not a small one . Total cost was $15,675. Wayne assured me that he could guarantee that I would have no further roof leaks. He had been referred to me by Roofing 2000 so his lack of performance is not a good reflection on them either. While parts of the work he did are sound and were well done , in the critical parts he failed badly. I am experiencing 3 leaks at present and while over the last few months I have tried to contact him to come back and address the problems he has never responded. His lack of professionalism was evident in everything he did. An example of this is his team blowing all the metal shavings off the balcony roof directly into the pool below causing damage to the pool. Not installing / repairing damaged sarking is another.To say he is a roofer is questionable - he knows little about tiled roofs and should never have taken on the job. Based on this experience, in my opinion it would be unwise to employ him for any unsupervised roofing job
