Allplastics Engineering

This was one of the worst companies I have dealt with!I sought a quote for 2 gates and was charged the full amount prior to anyone coming out and doing a site visit. This was on the basis that they assured me that the job could be done. Once the person came out to do the site visit, he advised that he would be in touch shortly to confirm next steps to complete the work.1 week later, I received an email from the accounts department requesting my bank account details for a refund. During this week, I had no correspondence with the site technician or anyone else to confirm that the job could not be done or any other options available to me.I called Vic (owner) and after multiple phone calls he agreed to send another technician as I needed the work done and did not want a refund. The second technician was much better and took the time to outline options to me. Although it took another 2 weeks, the job was done well.As a business, a customer should not be chasing and the fact that it was done successfully shows that it was well within their capability - the first technician just did not take the time or interest. I put fault on Allplastics for not handling this situation better and looking after the customer in this instance rather than the customer having to chase. It took almost 2 months from initial request to job completion which is ridiculous.Soon afterwards, I have the company chasing me for additional costs that were not part of the initial quote.Will never deal with this company again.Anton

Vic and the team have been a pleasure to deal with. We had a smallish but relatively convoluted brief for a custom bar top to be designed & constructed, Vic and his engineers gave great advice and were easy and friendly to deal with. The bar top required some modifications and these were done promptly and with no fuss. AllPlastics have yet again delivered a great custom product, on time and for a good price - and a smile. Highly recommended

Working in the musuem industry requires meeting the highest standards of craftsmanship (serious attention to detail!) and often to tight deadlines just before the unveiling of an exhibition. In the museum industry you work with new suppliers for each unique exhibition, and develop a sense for who to rely on. While engineering new interactive technologies and designing exhibitions at Sydney's Powerhouse Museum, there was always a technology or an exhibit that needed further refinement, 24 hours before the opening. All Plastics Engineering, as one my top 3 manufacturers, made it easy to love doing production liaison on behalf of my team. It's all about relationship and frequent communication. If you have or want to develop a talent for that level of communication and responsebility (as the museum pointed out that I had), you'll only want to work with the best, and then bring the best out of the manufacturer's team.

I recently used Allplastics Engineering to supply and cut to size some hard coat mirror. The sizes and shapes were precise, and Allplastics Engineering did an excellent job.This was the same experience I had with an earlier job Allplastics Engineering did for me.Phil la Cava of La Cava Concepts who does many jobs with Allplastics Engineering installed the recent job and was fantastic - real attention to detail and a top job!!Both Vic Kalloghlian MD of Allplastics Engineering and Phil Phil La Cava were great to deal with - very accomodating and helpful.I can certainly recommend this company and service.

We highly recommend Allplastics Engineering. Their knowledge, and extensive service offering is very impressive. The team at Allplastics Engineering have gone over and above the call of duty in understanding our needs, and looking to work with a smaller property developer like us. A visit to their showroom in Chatswood is certainly worth your time.

I will never deal with this company again. A complete joke of an operation with zero communication, poor customer service, delayed production, delayed material supply, delayed responses. They are quick to take your money & that's pretty much it. You cannot keep blaming the Covid situation on your own incompetence!ADVICE TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: There are many other suppliers around that would easily do a better job (God help us if anybody could be any worse).
