Rude staff and exceptionally poor service. If you don’t live directly in town they don’t bother trying to deliver, not even a note in the letter box. They make one phone call and if you answer that’s great, if you miss it, that’s it your parcel just sits there. Would be less annoying if their trucks didn’t drive by the house multiple times per day.
