Richard and Ekaterina have always been attentive and helpful to us over the past 6 or so years they've been managing our investment property. They have managed to keep the property tenanted and we are receiving above market value rent for it, too.

Katya is the best agent we have ever had. She is fast to resolve any problems that arise and is a all-around blessing. We highly recommend her and she will be missed my both me and my partner.

Ekaterina has been my landlord for several months and has always maintained good contact with us. She has given good notice of upcoming inspections and promptly had all maintenance requests completed. Despite the small appearance of the agency they are very capable of providing better service than many of the big name realtors.

Get Real Estate Agents have given me excellent service for several years. They keep me updated on the latest developments at all times. They choose tenants with care and make sure the references are authentic and rents are always kept up to date. I highly recommend Get Real if you have a property to sell or lease.

I rented threw Get Real and it was the worst experience of my life. Katya one of the real estate ladies was so rude and treated me disgustingly. I would rate a 0 if I could. If you are looking for a real estate that cares about your needs look far away from here because you definitely won’t find it at Get real. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Seen mounting the sidewalk and driving down it to avoid traffic at a stop light so they could then speed through a parking lot only to veer out onto Great Eastern Highway. Cutting us off doing a three lane merge. We flashed the headlights and the driver slammed on his breaks, drove slowly stalling traffic and was throwing his hands out in the air. Don't forget when you plaster your vehicle in your business name, your driving does your advertising. Will steer very clear of your business and your vehicle on the road.

If anyone is looking for a rental please don't past these guy's, Katya is so amazing to deal with and one of the best I know. My partner and myself rented through these guys and tell you what, nothing but absolute professional service. Unfortunately today being our last due to moving closer to work. Would be more than happy and grateful to rent through these guy's again as long as I get to deal with Katya.

Seriously look somewhere else if you looking for a real estate agent that actually cares about you. They will treat you based on your appearance, race, religion etc they don’t care if your rent history and other things check out. I’d give it a 0 star rating if there was an option to.Just because I came on here to give an honest opinion on how I feel your business treated us makes you think you made the best decision? What a joke!!Red flag? Don’t just assume things.Look here’s a tip on how to run a successful real estate agency. The factors of choosing tenants are just as important compared to the needs of the owners of the properties you manage. Don’t take sides. Put that into consideration and maybe you won’t have this issue with someone else.
