Great sales engagement with regular contact and helpful contributions. Sadly further down the path when things become a bit more difficult communications disappear and nothing moves forward.

I have to say, their build was of the first order right down to the details. The builder came out at the end looked over the finals and got contractors to address a minor imperfection none of us would have noticed. Time frame was good too.
