the store is in Ulverstone tas.Very good for timber longer lengths not set sizes and cheaper than the big stores. Very good stock on most items, easier to access than bigger stores and very good staff and local store.

Friendly service with so many options!I went in mostly to see what they had that could help with our reno.UBC looks small but it keeps going through the back and there’s tons of timber and plaster.They have a section for bathroom renovations and flat pack kitchens, balustrades, and so many cladding options including locally made cladding.They have over 20 staff members and it’s completely locally owned, which makes me want to patron them!
