Lube Mobile Wingfield

I hate doing these 1 star reviews, but after damaging my car during the repair, which they told about and the young fella felt bad about it, all good these things happen. The mechanic who came out to me said they had organised a replacement and someone would bring it to me that afternoon or the next day....nothing.Text the mechanic a few days later, asking where is this part, only to be told it's a hard part to find, but haven't forgotten about you. Ok, they working on finding a part, no worries.2-3 weeks go by, still nothing so I call the place that they said originally that they had organised a replacement part, asked if they had them, yep they do.Called Lube Mobile office, told them why am I now running around finding parts and the place you said you'd already organised a part from ON THE DAY, has them. They said yep, well get it to you tomorrow.Again 2 weeks later, nothing, so I've just gone to this place, got the part and fixed it myself.No phone call, no text, no nothingPathetic

Had Lube mobile come out out for a service on my car. I explained an issue i was having. Was told to replace the spark plugs and coils which cost me about $500 ontop my service price. This did not fix the issue and i was still charged . I called the office about my issue and they said management would be in touch . 1 week later nothing.. Waste of my time and money. I will be reporting this. I took my car to my local mechanic and they fixed it for $260 .They will find every way to charge you as much as they can. I was even told to replace my wiper blades but they were new and working great still. Lies .DO NOT USE LUBE MOBILE ! Period.

Lube mobile attended my home and replaced my damaged radiator on my Toyota Prado. We then took it for a 1000km driver over the next 5 days and it performed perfectly. The mechanic Zac ( vehicle K45 ) did anexcellent job and had a great attitude. Thank you.

was charged nearly $2000 to fix control arm bushes a month ago, went elsewhere for a wheel alignment and was told that whoever worked on the car did not even tighten the nuts after finishing the job! very disappointing to put so much trust into other people to help solve the problem when they almost create a whole new one! lucky nothing happened whilst we were driving but very scary to think about it.

Worst ever mechanics , especially Jeffrey satanist who does witchcraft to people and breaks things on purpose. Just to live of our money he breaks our cars!!! GO TO HELL LUBE MOBILEWILL GO TO POLICE WILL SUE YOU JEFFREY!!! You will pay it all back ,loosers !!!

Couldn’t get in with my usual mechanic so tried them. Had the engine light come on. Came out two hours later than originally said with no updates given. Then booked in another time to do my service. Waited around for three hours and nothing. Only a miss call but no voice message, text or email. When I emailed got told they contacted me and said they weren’t coming but had nothing to say that. Waited another week. Cost me $150 for the first call out and all they did was top up oil then $427 for my service. When I emailed and asked about the costs and wanted it explained, got a rather blunt and rude response back. Not impressed and wouldn’t use again. Seems to be very overpriced and bad customer service.

Got my engine timing chain and water pump replaced in my car running really good thank you Lube Mobile. :)
