TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO HERE - very racist staff, incredibly rude and disrespectful, did nails poorly and rushed, charged an average amount for terrible nails can go anywhere else that charges the same and does nails neatly. Save your money and go elsewhere.

No appointment need. Walk-in service.The business owner is not a polite woman, would interrupt people talking.Cash only, asked me to buy something so can pay my service.My Manicure looks so so. Won’t be back again not worth $$ and time.Can get a better service and experience in other shops with a same price.

I’ve been going to Oscars for 10+ years to have my pedi and nails done. I won’t go anywhere else. Service and skill is excellent and no matter how busy they are, they will always try to fit me in. I’ve never tried their hair salon services until recently. There was clearly a language barrier or misunderstanding with what I asked for, and what I ended up with. Despite this, the management handled the issue professionally and I was compensated for my trouble. This will not deter me from going back, but probably just for nails!

I have been coming to Oscar Nails now for over 12mths and I cannot recommend it enough.Jenny and her staff are so welcoming and friendly, they love a chat and a laugh.I get my nails SNS here and not once have they chipped or broken, the colour range is fantastic and their designs are brilliant.I have a weekly blowave and never have I left disappointed. 6mths ago I started to get my hair coloured as well and the ladies do a brilliant job. They are fantastic with their knowledge of colours and don't do anything that will damage your hair. I absolutely love my colour and condition my hair is in. A friend of mine who is an ex hairdresser even commented on how great the highlights were and how perfect.I cannot recommend Oscar Nails enough, I will never go anywhere else and I will never return to over priced hairdressers again.... Give them a go you will not be disappointed.

No appointment necessary, just walk in, very professional nail technicians, all lovely girls, people comment on my nails everywhere I go, they use high quality products, my nails last at least 4weeks, I had them done at other places over 25yrs ago & they never lasted & always lifted after 2wks, but Oscar nails are in a league of their own

came last week to get my nails done, the first lady stopped working on me to work on someone else, and another lady came and did my nails and put too much sns powder on my right hand and my left hand barely had any so now it looks uneven. I got them done in white but due to the amount of sns they had on my right hand it started turning yellow. Asked a lady to write a j on my finger, and she gave me the worst attitude after i asked her to redo it because of how bad it looked. They charged me $10 for a simple J. Terrible customer service and nails are flimsy and tacky. Charged me $50. Save your time and money.

The most rudest unprofessional staff. I was heavily pregnant when I visited this nail place and was fat shamed by the owner countless times Infront of all the customers. Not only that. Anything she could pick apart about my appearance she would constantly and made sure everyone heard it. Nails were horrendous as well. It’s obvious they all talk about you in their language too.

This is the worst nail makeover shop in melbourne. They doesn’t have common sense and don’t respect customers. They don’t give bill even if we ask. They will not speak politely. They gave me wrong service and when i have asked back, they even did not care and did not apologise for giving wrong service. A complete waste of time going to this store. Particularly a lady, i have paid 100 dollars to get my nails done but finally they didn’t do the work properly… never recommend this store to anyone..poor quality.
