The most amazing experience ever. The seafood was second to none especially the raw fish, it was exceptional. We visited here for my partners birthday and they surprised us with a cake. I couldn't ask for a better experience, I highly recommend.

Went with my family here for dinner. The food was great but we had to give special mention to Bikash who provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience and that the kids were kept happy.

We went to Flying Fish specifically for the seafood platter and it did not disappoint. It was one of the best seafood platters I’ve had in a long time. My wife’s favourites were the scallops and barramundi, mine were the crab with hashbrown and the bay lobster. Everything was delicious, beautifully fresh and so flavoursome. Our waiter was fantastic and the sommelier extremely helpful when we had a couple of questions about the wine. Will definitely be back.

Typical overpriced ‘luxury hotel’ food - looks impressive - tastes bland. As elsewhere in a similar place, the first offering of warm sourdough bread - in this case with creamy ?whipped butter mixed with salt crystals - made the most positive first impression.We tried all the entrées to share which at least gave us an interesting variety of things to try but nothing jumped out to the taste buds, As with many such, a great place to burn $400 or your casino winnings to try to impress your companion/s.

Aman was our wait person who was delightful. She has amazing customer service skills and excellent knowledge of the menu. Aman advised us to have the chocolate mousse dessert which was one of the best desserts I have ever tasted.

What an excellent seafood restaurant! I had a romantic dinner with a view over Darling harbor, and the food was delicious. Service was good and the food arrived relatively quickly. Started off with some snacks, like the eel donut and prawn toast. From the entrees, the bay lobster was a standout for the quality and tenderness of the tail meat. For dessert, I recommend the pavlova, which really blew me away and was an excellent cap on the meal.

Truely a captivating and exquisite experience. Fish sourced from a vast range of Australian coasts in pursuit of the best possible result for each dish. Not one corner cut in taste, preparation and aesthetics.Each dish served a purpose and featured tastes that did not clash or contradict themselves or the next dish.Service by staff only matched the food on levels that demanded respect. Thank you so much for the hospitality.Me and my partner will be back. Absolute pleasure.

Pleasant views near the windows. Up-market seafood restaurant with high priced drinks. The food was quite good and came out fairly quickly. Although lots of staff, service could be more efficient. As you expect, fish was cooked perfectly.
