I recently purchased a Ford E-Transit from Bayford Ford and they have been so wonderful to deal with. Adem was helpful in answering any questions I had and ensuring I was kept up to date all the way along. He was always very easy to get along with and professional and Bayford Ford are lucky to have someone like him!Vicky in finance was great in making sure I understood everything I needed to know and helping me through the process seamlessly.I travelled around 300k from regional Victoria to come to Bayford Ford to test-drive and then pickup my vehicle and it was 100% worth my time, can't recommended them enough.

I purchased a used vehicle and George was great throughout the process. I visited the dealership twice to look at the same car, I got a test drive each time, George went out of his way to help and fix a couple of issues with the car. When we bought we used Ford's finance and Nick was also very pleasant and helpful, answering any questions we had. I have purchased from Bayford a few times over many years and it has always been a pleasant, no-pressure experience. Highly recommend

Although Hazel and I were shopping for a used car, we were treated as if we were buying top of the range new car. Our salesman was a very lovely young man named Anthony who kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Bayford Epping.Edit.Although very happy with sales, car was found to need a repair after 3 days.Altogether took a month+ to get approval from Bayford for warranty repair. Then had to wait for confirmation that it would be paid to the repairer.Maybe some work on after sales customer service is required.

Bayford continue to give great service. We have purchase 4 new and 1 used vehicle from them in the past 8 years. My latest purchase is the best yet and after covid and shipping delays the original contract price was honored and promptly delivered by the team. All the new features remote starting etc. were explained and demonstrated expertly. I drove away in my new Mustang very happy.

Went to Bayford Ford dealers Epping today to test drive an Everest Sport V6. We were very well looked after by Chris Rizkallah who was very patient and answered all our questions without getting annoyed at all. We ended up getting a very good deal on the car. Highly recommended

Travelled interstate to inspect and buy a car at bayford ford epping. The whole experience was smooth and very relaxing. The car was as stated and good to go as soon as we got there. Dealing with Nick who done our finance to also dealing with Steve who helped me with any enquiries over the phone and George who helped me out on the day. The professionalism was a 10/10, if I were to look at purchasing another car from these guys I'd have no hesitation at all.
