We have been dealing with Principle9 for renting and selling of our properties in NSW. It was a pleasure working with Principle9. All the interractions were fruitfull and they grasped our requirements quickly. Selling the property was a smooth experience. Principle9 got us a good offer and we settled in a short time. We changed 2 tenants for our rental property and the agent got few good prospective tenants. The time gap between changing 2 tenants was also short. Miss leading, says 5 acres on the advertisement but they don't mention 3 other properties on the land!! and the most un professional real estate.Fix your add and make sure your on time for viewings .
