Perth Radiological Clinic

I went to this centre once for my son and we had his scan done but we were made to wait for excess time despite of an appointment. this was a bad experience then now the second time I need to take a scan for myself and no response on call. I called them two times and waited for 2 minutes and no response. then I used their call back option and they never called me till end of the day. I know they are not obliged for human lives but I believe that service oriented jobs need to have much more concern over attending patients needs in timely manner. Probably they get enough clients that they don't care about clients going to other centres however this business is not meant to be that way, specially when they are marketing through doctors. Their online booking is even terrible. they need the referral uploaded to them before we just book a call back. this is not even a final appointment. God knows when they will call back! being busy is not an excuse for not attending.

Came in today to get my X-Ray results on a CD. Called ahead to make sure that that's possible, was told all good just come on in no appointment needed.Arrived at 4pm and was told that there was only 1 staff member today so it may take a while. After some back and forth and their suggestion to get the CD elsewhere or come back tomorrow I said I'd wait as I urgently needed it today.Fast forward to 5pm, the receptionist got up, turned off the lights and simply walked out. Let that sink in for a minute. I immediately asked where my CD was and was told 'oh there must have been a misunderstanding' as, apparently, they were terribly busy". There was no patients coming in the last 20min with maybe 3 patients including myself in the 40min before that. I sat there alone in the waiting room right in front of the reception window the entire time.Apart from wasting an hour of my time and now having to reschedule and cancel multiple plans tomorrow to get this done ELSEWHERE

Front reception leaves alot to be desired both receptionist were looking at same computer on one job, it only takes a second to say i will be with you in a moment" instead i was left standing there for a few minutes before i was even acknowledged. The actual staff doing my proceedure on the other hand I could not praise them high enough

Staff are unprofessional and inconsiderate. Won’t be back, and do not recommend.
