Good price, good service and often a very quick turn around. Last time we dropped off the clothes we got a text 2 hours later to collect.

New owners very unprofessional.Argued that the dress we had dry cleaned had a piece missing (cut off)? Finally repaired the dress after a lot of discussion. Have not returned since and won't be returning as I was made to feel like a liar. Nah right place still trying to call me a liar!!!

Affordable, friendly owner & staff also very good idea on the 24/7 Redbox Machine can dropp off & pick up my clothes.

Chewing gum all over my black dress. Tried everything and then in a last ditch effort took the dress here. Good as new. Very happy.

Very affordable rug cleaning. Did a great job on 2 flatweave rugs. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed with the service and communication here. They were unable to properly clean my jacket and then still charged me full price for an unfinished job..Thank you for replying to my review. However, I do not agree with your reasoning. My jacket does not appear any cleaner than when I brought it in, so I do not believe you spent extra time 'cleaning' it. $75 for a jacket that looks (and smells) exactly the same as when I brought it in, is outrageous.

They completely ruin a custom made couture skirt and then tried to blame me because of the type of fabric it was made from. They washed in the machine with an aggressive solvent. Ofcourse the colour ran! They accepted no responsibility and didn't even say sorry. I would not recommend this place for anything special.

I have been sending shirts to this place to get pressed this year. I would send atleast 10 shirts in all the time but I won’t be going to this place if your really fussy with the quality of your ironed shirts. They usually have a fast turn around time but some pressed shirts are looks shocking and you can still see very visible creases! I hate to cancel local businesses out after only given them 1 or 2 chances but after last week’s pressed shirts I am not going there anymore. I even took the extra wash/dry cleaning option to see if my shirts will turn out better as I usually ask for a straight press up. But unfortunately the standard was no better. They do a good job with drycleaning suits though and have never damaged any of my items. So if you have any other items that doesn’t require pressing worth going here. If its pressing, go elsewhere. I have attached one example of a 100% cotton shirt that I picked up right after it got pressed.

I used this dry cleaner for over six years and they were great. The new owners are hopeless. The service is unreliable and I have lost my dry cleaning bags twice. The second time was today which is the last day I’m going to use them.

l have used this service many times. A few months ago I trialed using the new way of dropping off my clothes using the RedBox right at the front of the shop. It is very easy and convenient so I don't have to wait in line. I can drop off my clothes and pick up anytime. Good luck!Lulu
