I have rented through PRD for nearly 3 years. Have found the staff really friendly and prompt at replying to emails. Had my door unexpectedly crack and that was repaired very quickly. Also when I left the premises they arranged for a pack of preferred cleaners all reasonably priced. Was a really easy process from start to finish.

I found it a bit over the to to be charged a service fee to deposit money into my bond account.I feel that I am already paying enough with out extra punitive fees.

We had our rental property managed by Realty Pacific until quite recently. We finally moved agencies after a few years of pretty poor all round service.There were a number of fairly major fails from their team that led to the move – generally it seemed absolutely normal that emails went unanswered, even phone calls to their office had us waiting days for a call back! Many excuses were thrown at us as to why - I can only imagine what their response rate to our tenants was like.I now see the 1 star reviews from the many disgruntled tenants that this agency seems to have failed many times over.

I just want to start of by saying i never give bad reviews but this place was way too rude and i don’t want anyone else going through what myself and what looks like everyone else went through.we live in masfield we have rented this property over year and half now we signed this lease till Feb. 2022 now all of sudden owner wants to sell this property and they started pushing to this verge giving us deadline pressuring us . i wanna put down name Jamie Bradshaw, she is the principal of property worse person i come across she abused us on the phone trespassing the property sending her staff and photographer without our written consent, intended to harm my dog she hates my dog this regards to other day she sent out email outta blue without our consent that there's a photographer coming and its only gonna take15 min. so i left them alone for an hour went for shopping, came back after an hour they were on my property this guy and one of her staff she chit chatting and giggling with this guy when i approached and asked them question about being on my property for this long told me that i should leash my dog outside in heat approx. 35 degree they refused to answer and went back to office and back firing at me that i abused there staff!! someone trespassing my property and disrupting our privacy intention to harm my dog and if i ask question I'm the bad one and send us a email describing me HIGHLY DISGUSTING in a written email discriminations and bullying she had called me so many name you don't do that being as principal of property and someone came this morning left this big signboard front of the house that the house on sale without letting us know, its like we just pay rent to get abused they literally don't even deserve 1 star quite being honest not as a property agents but a worse human being I ever come across. I HIGHLY RECOMMENED you go sleep at bus shelter but don't go through this rental agency its BIG NO NO.

My experience with Realty Pacific was poor.They were dishonest, repeatedly encroached on privacy, and failed to abide with several laws relating to the residential tenancies and rooming accommodation act 2008.Examples of this were, entering the premises without proper notice, taking images displaying the tenants possessions there were used for advertising.Take warning of the the many other negative reviews so you can avoid similar problems.

Not often I give negative feedback but with this mob, all I can say is, if you’re looking to rent, DO NOT GO NEAR THIS ‘COMPANY’. Unprofessional, incompetent bunch of cowboys pretending to be reputable. They’re anything but. Particularly a certain staff member who could not be more disrespectful and rude if she tried. 30yrs of renting and not once have I ever had issue. Rent always on time, always in advance. Would usually have to organised my own repairs that they should have done themselves. Complete incompetenceNo communication. Breached twice within the first month for 1. Having a cat (never owned a pet in my life) but instead of communicating with me, just sent a breach notice. 2. Breached again, this time for for making noise. Again, WRONG!!! They apparently retracted once they discovered both were FALSE but no apology. Same negligent, arrogant behaviour from them for the 5 1/2 miserable years we were there. Hell, I could go on but I no longer want to give this lot any more oxygen.

We have been working with Realty Pacific for almost 2 years for all their electrical maintenance on their properties. The property managers are great at what they do! Very responsive on all emails and calls with great knowledge on the properties. Have enjoyed working with them as they make each and every maintenance job a breeze.

We have rented our property with Realty Pacific Real Estate for approximately 12 years. They managed our property perfectly and always found good tenants. When we sold our property Jaimee acted professionally and got us a great sale price. We would happily use Realty Pacific Real Estate for property management and sale/purchase again.

Owners & tenants AVOID!Put yourself in my position...My partner and I were desperate to find a rental that worked within our budget. We found a place in Carindale (central location for everything in our life) HOORAY!We get accepted after a week and then told that we can't move in for another as the owners wanted to get the place painted"... First red flagWe move in and notice that the place hadn't been painted

I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the level of service of this Real Estate. We’d been residing in one of their properties for 3 years and it’s truly been a nightmare dealing with them. Do not trust these agents with your property or rent through them. The staff are condescending, rude, unprofessional and lazy. We’ve had to follow up with them regarding any maintenance and bond after we moved out and they aren’t transparent. We were advised that they were obtaining quotes from their handyman over a month ago and I followed up with them 2 weeks ago and was told they are still waiting on quotes to let us know how much the exit repairs will cost. Today I’ve contacted them and they’ve actually already instructed repairs WITHOUT giving us the option to see the quotes as promised and apparently they don’t even have the invoice from the handyman to provide to us. Not once did they attend to our requests for maintenance whilst we paid them $520 per week in rent. We reported some safety concerns with the condition of the stairs and trees that had been touching powerlines and this was never fixed putting us at risk in case of a storm. The lady I spoke to was so rude and I can’t believe this real estate is actually still running with such incompetence. Ray White and Belle Property was so much better. Based on other reviews, appears that they don’t always respond to negative feedback but the positive ones. What a joke. Disgusting service.
