In store service was fantastic, and I was able to find what I was looking for.Due to the distance I was travelling, I tried to call prior to my visit to ensure stock availability. I had my call terminated 3 times without getting to speak with a staff member in the correct area. This aspect was disappointing.

Went in with my daughter and baby granddaughter, and of course, the pram. Got inside to realise the store was upstairs, and the lift wasn't working. Apparently, it's been offline for some time. So, pram back in the car and used the stairs.The staff were all very helpful, just very frustrating with a 9 month old.The store itself is very large and well stocked. We eventually found what we needed and checked out. The staff member at checkout was extremely helpful.

Made a mistake with my balloon order, ordered 70th balloons however they gave me 80th balloons, the girl wrote down 80 on her paperwork but I gave her 70th balloons, they noticed this at the time of inflation and rather than calling me to ask what I wanted they took a 50/50 guess and swapped out the 70th balloons with 80th balloons. Had to spend an additional half an hour in store while they sorted it out. Simple mistake that could have been prevented by checking over paperwork and confirming with me when ordering however, the place seems to be overwhelmed with orders and confusion potentially due to a lack of staffing or basic procedural practices.

I was very disappointed today with the service at the checkout. The lady at the checkout was so busy having a chat with a friend, unboxing a package, that she ignored the 3 customers in line waiting. We waited at least 2-3 minutes before she noticed us.Even after noticing us she continued her conversation about her friends purchase/order while slowly walking towards the register.By the time she finally finished serving the first person, the line of customers had grown to at least a dozen people and yet she still continued to yell across us all to her friend, who had started to walk away, to continue their conversation.She finally called for another staff member to assist with checkout, however when I approached the counter she got distracted again by continuing her conversation with her friend who had come back to the counter.When it came to pay for my purchase she didn’t ask if I was a VIP member, insisting I pay, and when I politely mentioned my membership, she got frustrated to have to enter my number for membership.After telling her I didn’t require my receipt after purchase was complete I started to walk away and she leaned over the counter waving my receipt yelling at me to take my receipt.I can look past the horrible layout of the store, and the lack of ease finding any product you’re after, and the apparent lack of staff in store to ask for assistance, but I cant ignore the rude service at checkout.I think I’ll go back to going to the Clovercrest store, even though it is further away - they always have staff to ask for assistance and I’ve never had any rude service.

I waited at the upholstery counter along with a couple of other people for assistance to have to stand there while 2 lady staff members had a lengthy discussion. Then on return back to be served had to wait for 20 minutes while a young man was doing returns of products nothing to do with sewing! While 2 other staff members in that section continued to put out stickers on the materials stands.

Great specials, awesome fabrics. I was lucky as I had an end of roll and was offered a length of amazing fabric at remnants, further discounted price. I saw some super sales and discounts in store too. Click & collect from Trinity Gardens SA would be awesome

Never shop here..they are expensive and never have then stock you need!In particular, don't order curtains. I am still waiting for delivery, 5 months after the order. Have received so many lies about expected delivery time. Still waiting.

Although the staff was correct to not return my matress protector (I didnt know that a matress protector does very little to protect) I was embarrassed by their demeanor and I asked what they could you to help me in my problem.The boss lady just shrugged her shoulders.Perhaps to keep me as a customer they could have suggested a cheap waterproof protector under the ones I had bought there.I ended up buying one from K Mart for $12.Maybe more training is needed for these people to keep their customersWont shop there again

Good layout, helpful staff, and always seem to have what you need. The party section is quite large and the craft section is awesome. Even has a fairy garden area

Very poor services and staffs not careless if you there or not. Customers invisible to them and they just do they on think and on they phone. So, if that the case then should order online better than going into the stores.
