Drifta Stockton – Ourimbah

Went to the new relocated store from Gosford to Ourimbah today. Just looking at 270 awning that's all. But after speaking with Mark and looking at the product up decided to buy it. My husband could not put the new awning on our 4WD on his own so Mark offered to assist with the instalation. It took time neatly 2 hours to remove old awning and put new one up. It seamed that Mark and my husband got the job done and we were extremely happy. Hubby did say later to me that the lion's share of the work was done by Mark but hubby was on roof. Hubby also advised that without Mark's assistance he would never had gotten the 270 on the 4WD.When purchasing the 270 Marcus who was also behind the till was also helpful and patient with us.If it was not for these 2 wonderful guys we would not be proud owners of a Drifta 270 heavy duty awning nor had it on the car by now. We left basicaly at closing time today but Mark was there waiting for a lady wanting assistance with a roof top tent. Dedication and the ability to help very much on this teams priorities. First, I’ve got to say the bloke giving 3 stars because he subjectively doesn’t think it’s a “Supastore” is a bit of a hard task master seems the name is obviously in reference to them giving it a go at competing with a company that has poor practices and products but also calls them selves “Supa”. Get a grip mate, nothing worse than someone that gives businesses a poor rating so flippantly, these days it makes a difference.As for the store, there is a good range of product to look at, and being closer to Sydney, I am glad they opened it. It’s great being able to see the Tent in person, something that’s different to a lot of roof top tents on the market.I’m glad these guys have decided to have a go at the budget friendly end of the market with the Stockton range, although the stuff is made overseas, it’s an arm of an Australian family business, a business that employs many, and that has a massive array of Aussie made products, made with Aussie materials.I just ordered a Uniflame Toaster and Drifta Bootline bag to suit. The Japanese Toaster is the best on the market, and Drifta sells it cheaper than even Amazon. Their bag to suit is perfect, and I’m really pleased with the quality. It took only 24 hours to arrive. Pretty bloody good if you ask me.

The team at Drifta Stockton were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I purchased a 1.4 Wild Land Rooftop Tent ove the phone, which they held in their Superstore for two weeks until I was able to pick it up. On arrival, they removed the RRT from its box and fixed it to my car for me. Due to issues with my roof racks, the team also sorted a perfect workaround to make sure I got the RTT home that day. A great experience all round! Looking forward to taking the RRT out.

I have been meaning to leave this review for awhile! Absolute class service from the guys in the shop, and shared a wealth of camping 4wd knowledge (Hacka i think this name was and a new lad) picked up a RTT 1.2 and 270 Awning, done a trip to north QLD and back to Sydney, luxury compare to the old tent! Looking forward to heading back to the shop to get some more items for camping. Highly recommend!

Top quality items, well designed and at reasonable prices. Heaps of items on display. Helpful staff eager to serve.I originally thought Drifta was out of my reach but after doing the research they offer damn good stuff with the extras that others charge for.
