Utterly hopeless. DO NOT GO HERE. Was supposed to pick up my suit which I explicitly said I needed for a special occasion tomorrow and they couldn’t find it. They then said it was off-site in Bondi and there’s nothing they could do about it. It seems this is not the first time this has happened at this place

Reliable on time service. Asked what time it would be ready by and was told and it was bang on. The place next door burnt my shirt on the iron so took my clothes to them and havent had a bad experience yet. Been going for a few months. Service is nice and store is clean and well presented rather then grimy and unorganised. Would highly recommend.

This is a terrible dry cleaner. Ruined a $700 dress without apology. Wouldn't replace despite the manufacturer supplying a letter to state the error was on their part. I would never recommend this place - go next door, they're much nicer and haven't ruined anything!

Manager is very rude.I would never go back.I feel sorry for her staff if she treat’s customers that way.I’ve had 2 really expensive shirts come back with holes, and a yellow dry cleaning tablet in a pocket of my pants. At all times the manager has denied it happened there and was very rude. I just read on another review underneath that a yellow product they are using stained a sheet set. The manager is rude, unapologetic and will never accept any responsibility for anything.

I moved to Edgecliff after living in Elizabeth Bay for 5 years, and I still come back to use Points Point Dry Cleaners! Affordable & Friendly service!. Just a word of warning, let them know before hand what you need them to look out for...the only bad moment I've had is they ruined the underwire in my favourite lace dress & don't prefer the result of my cashmere sweaters dry cleaned from them. Otherwise suits, shirts, trousers and work dresses have all been perfectly returned!

Arrived just before 8pm, door was open and I was told by the shop assistant that she needs time to shut down the computer and do a reconciliation. Therefore was not able to collect my dry cleaning. I asked why they don't amend the opening hours to reflect this. She said because the owner will not pay the overtime. As such, I have taken the liberty of suggesting an edit to the opening hours on google so that both the shop assistant and customers are not placed in this situation.

Disappointed in how my jacquemus $700 silk shirt was serviced or lack of, I returned home and discovered water stains all over the sleeves like it was never washed and loose threads pulled among the shirt!! Came back to me in worse condition than I gave it to them won’t be using them again

Took my polyester Army military uniform here knowing they are next to a Navy base and thought they would be proficient in dry cleaning uniforms. Was reassured by the receptionist they do lots of uniforms"... Both shirts
