Bodylove Pilates

I purchased the welcome offer of 5 classes for 50$ and enjoyed it to the fullest! The studio is very stylish and nicely designed. All instructors I’ve met were very lovely. Location is very central, so you can enjoy a breakfast after your training nearby. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in reformer pilates or barre classes.

I think I found another fave studio! The Penthouse is very convenient and I like its modern interiors with lots of sunlight — makes working out more invigorating. Equipment are top of the class!

Very disappointed with the customer service. I called three times, no one answered. I assumed they may be running a class so I walked to the studio.When I arrived the girl working wasn’t running any class and seemed surprised I had entered the studio. She didn’t offer me a studio tour. She instead informed me that there was a waitlist for the next class and I probably won’t get in.I walked up the street and singed up to another studio that same day. Im sure the teachers and classes are great but good customer service is very important. I have been to many studios around the world. The location and space doesn’t give you the right to turn your nose up at people. A studio in a poor area with good customer service means more then a fancy view.

I love both the barre classes as well as the reformer classes at Bodylove. All the teachers there are very creative and exceptional. Today I did Gi’s class….. sensational workout and there is always the option to take on the challenge. She is an extreme motivator. Love it.

1st class - the instructor kept looking at her phone2nd class - the instructor didn’t even allow me inBeautiful place but I would not say it’s a professional Pilates studio.

If you’re not a punctual person or always late to anything, this studio is not for you. or even staying far away can’t predict the traffic or public transport . this place has no late entry.But I like that policy. no interruption when class is start. The class is already short enough.

I attended two of their classes. The location is very convenient and studio is clean and package is definitely cheaper than singapore. However, they do not allow you to their floor until 15 minutes before the class start. I was fine until an incident when a member actually was on time in the studio however she went to the wrong class, by the time she realised it the instructor refused to allow her to join the class. She was classified as being late" when she wasn't. there should be some flexibility in this. I didnt like this. So if you wanna go for their classes

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I litterally arrived 3mn late and they just did not care at all and let me outside. Never experienced this before. Their vibe is just not welcoming at all, I will not come back.

I’ve been coming here for several months, after having to change from a great studio in Surry hills. experiencing this kind of customer service was appalling. 5 minutes late for a $40+ class and you are not even spoken too or explained why this is the policy you just get given a head shake and a too bad gesture. Coming from a studio which boasts “passionate instructors with a Shared belief in the magic of movement” you’d expect more once again another company jumping on a fitness bandwagon trying to squeeze every dollar out of you. Sad.

Love the barre class and how beautiful the studios are. the toilets and showers are very clean and pretty with fresh towels provided. Would always recommend this place to my friends.
