Alex is our go-to caterer for all our Vedic meditation retreats. His food is out of this world - fresh, vibrant with colour and texture, presented in such a mouth-watering way, flavours that make you keep going back for more, and it digests so well. The most important part is how you feel after. Everyone is always so satisfied, inspired, and many times blown out of the water that food (vegetarian food at that) can be this good.AND he is more than a caterer - he facilitates an experience for people on retreat that makes them feel nourished, inspired, and deeply cared for. As a facilitator myself, I can reply on him 200% to create the right environment for all our retreat guests. I don't need to say anything - he knows what to do without being asked! This takes off a whole level of pressure running a retreat, knowing you are supported by an amazing chef and down to earth kind human.Highly recommend booking him for your next retreat - he is worth every bit and more!

Alex recently catered a 3 day retreat for us on the Sunshine Coast here. We couldn't be happier with the experience. The food was amazing, all of our guests and facilitators loved everything. The care, intention and attention to detail that goes into every meal is noticed and felt in the best way possible. Professional and easy to work with, 10/10 would recommend, we will be booking Rustic Rishi again for sure!
