Absolutely abysmal place. No friendly and welcome greeting but rather a sly, judgemental look from the staff, which always seem to be the same two ladies. I’ve been here for 2 services, threading and tint and a facial, which of both were appalling. The lady threaded my eyebrows so thin, literally looked like I was in the early 90’s, she then proceeded to tint them. She tinted over my natural hairs, so thick that it looked ridiculously silly because it was dye on my forehead where I had no hair, like wouldn’t you be more precise on where you’re threading so that you can create a good looking outcome? Anyway, not only was I not happy with the final product, it faded within 2 days and left scaling on my eyebrows. My facial was horrible. May think i’m being dramatic but there was this disgusting yellow water that comes out of the steamer, which I felt as if was way to close to may face considering I was struggling to catch a breath. I came back 2 days laster to the store after my eyebrow situation and complained, I asked for my money back and the lady immediately turned to the other staff member and started talking in another language then laughed and walked away. I felt so beyond uncomfortable and i welcomed within this organisation, they preach on their website that they provide “exceptional service” , oh how opposite it is. Will never be returning, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I’m never going here again, after the lady was done doing my eyelashes she showed me in the mirror and I said that it isn’t what I asked for and that they were to long, she said it was fine and I paid 120$ for natural set, a couple of days later they were irritating my eyes, they were poking me and on my right eye, there was a bruise from the constant irritation (because it was on my eyelid and not on the actual lash), so I decided to remove them my self because I’m not comfortable going back there again to get them removed, so I removed them (I searched up how to do it) and I have no natural eyelashes left, all my natural eyelashes are gone. I’m never going back here again, and I will refuse to accept an apology from them. I should have read the reviews first. (this left me traumatised considering that it was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions. It was for my sweet sixteen birthday aswell, now I’m to scared to get them done ever again at any place). Swelling of the eyes, itchy, and she never told or showed me how to take care of them and also never offered a eyelash brush, she said she had been doing lashes for 4 years now, I would of expected way better then what she has done.

don’t come here. absolutely hate the result of my eyebrow tint. was very rushed and literally three times bigger than my natural eyebrows. also, worst customer service. never smiled once. literally, one worker was lying on the bed in the back while my mum was waiting to be threaded. then another customer walks in and gets served before my mum even though we had booked prior. save your money.

I was really disgusted with the place. Not even a smile on arrival. No paperwork to complete or questions regarding allergies or medical history. Taken into a room for waxing. No towel to cover myself for leg waxing. No baby powder applied prior to wax so wax didn't stick properly. Disgusting yelllow water in the facial steamer (glad I wasn't getting a facial). On arrival home, on inspection of my legs, fair amount of hair remained. Sent email regarding these issues. No response to most issues, just a request for me to return so girl will check it...". Very unprofessional to consider your staff "girl". Will not be returning."

Literally the worst business I’ve come across. I got my lash extensions done with my sister, hers were awful from the get go but I thought mine were okay at first however the next day I have chunks of eyelashes that have come off and taken my natural lashes with them (less than 24 hours after application.) When we went back to have my sisters fixed, they told me they could not fix mine as there is no longer lashes to attach falsies to, I literally have bald spots in my eyelashes. They have before photos of my lashes yet will not respond about what they look like now. I have NEVER had an experience like this. She glued my eye shut and had to use a little stick to prise them open. They will also make you go one after the other without sanitising any of the equiptment or bed between - which is less of a worry when it’s your sister but heaps more when it’s a stranger. 0 stars, they’re incompetent, rude and overpriced.

I was there a few weeks ago to get an eyelash extension. The lady added a lot of cheap glue to my lashes and did not spread them out evenly. This meant when I went back two weeks later to get them removed and it was very painful and dark left marks on my eye lids. They did a terrible job putting them on and a worst job removing them due to the glue. The ladies at the shop blamed me - they kept on asking where I got them done and stated that this was all “normal” even though I was in a lot of pain when they removed them. They even blamed me for getting them done while pregnant to which I said it’s not my fault it was done terribly. They did not give me a refund and wanted me to pay for the removal and my natural long lashes have been pulled out and two weeks later I can still see swollen marks on my eye lids.DO NOT GO THERE for anything !

Fantastic eyelash extensions in redbank Plains shopping centre- only issue is you can't book online and it's hard to get an appointment. For all other services you can book online, but I've only been there for eyelashes.

Wish I'd read the reviews before going, I'll NEVER go back!$50 for a chin, lip & brow wax & brow tint. There are obvious hairs on my chin & lip. My eyebrows have no shape the tint" is very dark and looks likes a bad dye job. When I asked if she could lighten the colour and give my brows more shape she told me it would lighten in a couple hours. It hasn't. Both staff were rude and rushed through the appointment despite me being the only client there early on a thursday morning. If I could give no stars I would. Not recommended for facial waxing

DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASH EXTENSIONS. Really disappointed. I paid $140 for a the full set of last extensions and after arriving home a few hours later I’d already lost at least 5 clusters. Not only this but I’ve come home and noticed that she plucked several of my natural lashes out too. The extensions felt extremely uncomfortable as some are stuck directly to my eyelid rather than the lash itself and poking into my eyes. Really disappointed as it was my first time getting lashes done. I went to a different grace salon today to get them fixed but had to drive 45mins for this as I wasn’t comfortable getting them done by the same lash tech. This is not an acceptable standard of work for what I’ve paid

My friend got her lashes done here and they've done them right on her lash line causing her pain and discomfort. When asked for removal and refund they charged her for removal even though this was their mistake. Disgustingly rude service!!!!
