Avenues Early Learning Centre - Kimberley Park

I have been sending my daughter to this centre for 6 months and am very impressed. All the staff are lovely. The staff always welcome us each day and I get great information about my daughters day. My daughter is always happy and excited to go to care which is great. On top of all this the food is AMAZING! the cook at the centre makes everything fresh and it always smells so good when I am dropping my daughter off. I would absolutely recommend anyone to this centre.

We have been going to Kimberley Park Childcare for the past 18 months and can not fault the Manager Fiona or the Educators in any way. The communication between parents and staff is fantastic, the updates we get daily are great and they are always happy to chat about our child's progress. I especially appreciate that they are so involved with each child individually, it just goes to show how much they care. All staff are very friendly, professional, patient and considerate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful and safe place for our child to begin his educational journey. Highly recommend Kimberley Park!!

I am disappointed with the staff and Jeorgie Artango of Kimberley Park Childcare. The hired me to entertain the kids at 1pm on 26th September 2013. I sent them a confirmation/invoice which they received. When I arrived, they firstly said that 1pm was not suitable, the kids were asleep. I reminded them that 1pm was chosen by Jeorgie, not me….then they said well we only have 2 school age kids here…I reminded them that I have just travelled 45 minutes to get there plus getting my show ready and making balloons for them….they then said we want to cancel. I said that I could have booked that spot 10 times over and they should have told me earlier, not wait till I arrive, they then said “they have left a message for me to call them”…not to cancel…just to call. I checked my message machine…and was not surprised that there was no message. I emailed and said that they had wasted 3 hours of my day and that I would like $100 to compensate and that $100 would be a credit for any future booking…they have not returned any emails from me and while there they were hostile and uncaring….very disappointing behaviour.

My son has attended this centre for two years now, I have found the staff to be professional and caring towards my son's needs at all levels. I will continue to send my child there until school age and would recommend the centre to anybody.

Where do i start with this centre? My kids have been going here since 2010, they are professional,caring and extremely loving to all the kids at the centre. My last son started there at just 6 weeks old and as most new mums are sad and afraid to leave their kids so young i had absolutely no doubts in dropping my new born off, i know they would look after my baby as he was their own. Blayze is now 2 and a bit and on days he doesn't attend he asks me to go see his teachers. they attend to each childs individual needs, they supply yummy lunches for the and its all FRESH and HEALTHY! the after school care is amazing and vacation programmes kids love! I don't see this centre as anything but amazing and i would not send them anywhere else.The staff are kind, happy and always happy to talk to parents about the kids day and if theres something specific you want or don't want your child doing they will make 100% effort to do as parents ask... Keep up the good work, your all amazing!!!! <3

Working at Kimberley Park Childcare Centre over the last 7 years has been a wonderful working experience. The staff have been long term and qualified making the working environment enjoyable and easy to work in. The families are lovely and friendly making it easy to come to work each day knowing you are appreciated for all your hard work that you do. The owners of the company have been supportive over the years giving me the opportunity to work overseas and experience a different culture.

We had a very disappointing experience with the centres manager. We called on a Friday confirming an opening for our child weeks from when she needed to begin. On the back of this we confirmed our availablity for contracted work. Upon arriving 2 days later for a pre-attendance play date (previously confirmed) we were abruptly told our child could not attend the centre as there was no available spots confirmed only days prior all by the same person. A lack of understanding for the number of children in her own centre and the way we were dismissed was a surprise for us.
