I had a flat tyre and could not loosen the lug nuts. I called at 10:32am to request assistance. I received a text at 10:35am, stating that Jacob would arrive within 50 minutes. At 10:47am I received a text stating that Jacob was not available, and the Bradley would call me within 30 minutes.Bradley called me at 11:13am and said he was busy and could get to me after 3:00pm. I told him I would look elsewhere for assistance. Fortunately for me, a good Samaritan walked by and offered to assist me.I have used some of Jim’s other services and been happy, which is why it was the first place I called. I won’t be calling any of Jim’s services again.

Amazing service. Yasser was super professional and went above and beyond to fix my puncture. From call to bring onsite took 40 minutes. Will definitely be using this service again and would highly recommend it.

If you got puncture tyre or flat tyre please contact Jim’s Mobile Tyres!!!!!They came to my location only spent 10 minutes to repair the puncture tyre!Never seen any tyre shop like Jim’s, efficiency, friendly, master of Tyres!Highly recommended

Bradley is a legend. I had a flat tyre in Gregory Hills on a Saturday. He was very polite and well mannered and his quoted price was very reasonable. Even though it was a weekend, he arrived on time and got the job done in a few minutes.
