Rachel is SO good! For a first timer I was super anxious; not knowing what to expect, whether there would be any pain, etc (there wasn’t). Rachel took the time, explained every step of the process (including suitable aftercare) and was extremely professional throughout. I’m so happy with my results, it’s upped my confidence ten fold.

I bought a Sparkle Teeth Whitening Kit and pid express shipping. I was informed the owner was away and wasn’t to revive my order until the following week. Disappointed and asked for refund- was sent a screen shot of “refund” disputed the refund and ask for proper receipt and never got that. I understand it’s a small business but you cannot take someone’s money and not give them their product it’s called stealing. Have paid all my Afterpay instalments and now reported her business. Doesn’t matter if I got upset wanting my refund I was entitled to it and stealing is stealing no matter what excuse or which way you look at it
