Theresa at Fine Art Imaging is an absolute perfectionist. For years she has scanned, printed my artwork from small inks to extremely large oil paintings. The first time she scanned and printed a portrait I did on paper, I couldn't tell tell difference between her print and my original. Her reproductions are that brilliant. Overs the years she's advised me as an artist on how to go about Giclee printing, and really looked after my collection of work. Always so professional, efficient and seamless. I highly recommend her to all artists in Australia who want to be taken care of by someone who knows more about colour than they do.

The best quality scanning service in Australia.

Sadly let down. Site promises a demo scan but refused when asked, and site also says scanning is done with the BetterLight Capture system (which is older technology and requires a large format camera) when in fact a Canon Mk 5 DSLR is used. Scans were good but aspect ratios were different every time. The whole experience was regrettable. Owner was incredibly precious after I professionally observed and politely notified her of the aspect ratio discrepancies. I didn't have the intestinal fortitude to complain about the huge smudge she put on one of the paintings she scanned. Professionalism doesn't require rudeness or tantrums.
