I needed to move from Victoria to NSW quickly and with not much time I have, this company made everything easy and smooth. All of stuff were taken with serious care and arrived right on time. Highly recommended for those who need a mover service. Friendly staff and reasonable price.

I wanna thank to the whole New Destiny Team for helping shifting to my new house. I really appreciate the customer service and punctuality. All staffs were so friendly, polite and professional. Especially I had so many fragile stuffs that I was worried of but they did move it so safely and carefully. Great job team. If I ever have to move again, I will certainly contact your company. The boys were super friendly and professional! They were right on time and called to let us know when they were half an hour away. They were really quick and vigilant at moving everything. Driver was 1.5 hours late and took them way too long to move a 2 bedroom apartment costing way more than needed.Damaged my washing machine, chest of drawers and a wall in my rental.Will NEVER recommend them to anyone.Avoid!

Lousy service, they were 40 minutes late, did not bring basic tools from a door stopper, covers for the furniture on a rainy day and tools to disassemble the furniture. They could not load the furniture, I had to call someone else to help them load the furniture into the new apartment. My bed and mattress were damaged with mud and scratches as they could not lift them.

Thank you My New Destiny Team for your superb service! The removalists were very careful in loading our furniture and made sure everything are being handled with care. The team is very friendly and polite which makes a lot of difference during stressful moves like this. You guys were also on time and very responsible with everything. Best removals experience. Highly recommended!

I availed of their services back in July and I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend them. I appreciate them putting in the effort to accommodate my last minute request (thus the 1 star) however:1) from a 2 bedroom apartment it took them 5 hrs to finish the job2) one of the movers was on his first day of the job, thus the move was tedious and time-consuming3) i was moving from essendon to essendon north, it took the truck approx. 30mins to get from point A to point B. It takes literally 2mins by car. Consuming and taking their sweet precious time so i pay more4) DAMAGES to my furniture. I witnessed my stuff falling onto the pavement as they carelessly unloaded them from the truck. All i got was a chuckle and a “hehe sorry”5) i emailed Hans a couple weeks after regarding this. Said he’d get back to me. NEVER DID.Yup. Don’t get them. They’ll overcharge you, take their time loading/unloading and travelling. You’ll cop $$$$$ if you use their service. Plus i’ve seen people mention ?insurance. That’s a scam. It’s been 4 months and I haven’t heard back.
