Bowen Hills Psychology

I don't normally review places like this, but will make an exception. They were fantastic when I started out, had great psychologists to work with me and got the help I needed, so definitely recommend this place for that.But the admin isn't too great, was booked with a therapist I no longer see, so they didn't seem to know there was a handover a while back. To top it off, they called me on the day of cancelled appointment if I was coming in.... AFTER being rescheduled a month prior. Time to go elsewhere and find a centre that actually values a client, their time and the help they come here for.

Amazing team here. Kind, empathetic and helpful from reception to the psychologists. Great atmosphere, always offered complementary tea/coffee. Couldn't think of a better experience.
