DODGE!Took a car for a test drive. Car already had damages, but was going to note and negotiate price based off this and a few other things.Asked for the salesmen to come along said no was ‘too busy’.Went for a two- three minute drive around the block. When we arrived back the same salesmen was not out the front, gave the keys back to another salesmen and decided to think about it as it’s a big price decision.Was about to leave when we received a call, asking about the damage done to the back.Starting accusing us of damage.He was not aware we were still on the lot, when we walked back in he was in obvious shock we caught him driving the car away down the road.Had a conversation, said we were happy to settle it and call the police to see options, we had nothing to hide as we did NOT do the damage that was already there before we got in the car.He then got mad and arguing and then jumped in the car and sped off down the street.

Visited presitge auto traders to look at a mercedes car while trading in my own toyota.Spoke to sales person David who acts all friendly at the beginning only to low ball an offer on your car and expects you to just accept anything. Not to mention the overpriced on the sale of their car which they pretend to have done a million improvements on.I understand dealers are the middle man and need to make money but not to this extent.Coupled with the rude arrogant behaviour of staff such as David to quickly try and kick you out of the office and get rid of you as soon as he sensed a no from me and that no deal would be made here.Anyone looking to make a trade or even purchase here, please due your due dilligience and dont be pressured into anything. Working in sales my self, havent come scross as someone as rude and unhelpful as david and im sure the other staff are the same if not worse.

Made the effort to travel 20km to visit this dealership to have a look at 2 cars they posted online. On arrival a sales person asked me if they could assist. I wanted test drive the cars and compare as they were the same model with different engine specs. The response was “don’t mean to be rude but to test drive these cars you need to prequalify for purchase prior, we don’t want people wasting our time and not purchasing after”. I was shocked and felt humiliated. Thinking this was highly unprofessional I proceeded to leave the dealership. Since when do you need to show your bank account to test drive a car.

Highly recommend Prestige Auto Traders. I have bought 2 cars from Prestige over the years and I will be returning when looking for my next upgrade. Very professional and friendly. No used car is perfect, and the one fault we did find was dealt with efficiently and without push back. I have dealt with Yuri, Henry and Rainer this time around and was delighted with the service. Recently bought my car from Prestige Auto Traders.Myles was the salesman for me, and luckily so. Myles and the team led by Wally make the process of purchasing a car as simple as simple can be.Took them 3 days to process the sale from A to Z.

I purchased a prestige vehicle yesterday from Prestige Auto Traders. I want to thank Myles for his outstanding customer service. I've purchased many prestige vehicles in the past but have never met someone so professional as him. I was amazed at the variety of sports and prestige cars they had and the condition of them all was incredible. In future, I will only buy my vehicles from here. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. IVE BOUGHT mercedes on Sep 2022 and had Headlight problems straight after. Contacted them for help after 3 months - no reply then called them and they cant do anything as they have sent the car to mercedes for warranty repair. Ever since then my car is with mercedes waiting for new parts to arrive since December until now and apparently i need to get another headlight for right side which may take more than 3months. Since Nov 2022 ive been driving car without Headlight + Not working Indicator and i paid $90,000. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THEY DONT CHECK CARS PROPERLY BEFORE SELLING.
