Airlie Apartments

A decent location for a family or a group. I stayed in Airlie Apartments for 4 nights. It was my second time in Airlie Beach, and the location is excellent. I looked for something affordable for a group of four. The air conditioning works well; beds and furniture are OK; shower is clean, has shampoo, body soap and liquid soap. There is a big kitchen with all necessary equipment. TV is working, fans are in every room. The staff is nice, like everywhere. They don't change towels every day. We were OK with that. Maybe the staff could've changed it if we'd asked.

AMAZING customer service! Half the party couldn’t make this important celebration due to Coronavirus travel restrictions. Cathy went out of her way in her own time to help make it a special occasion under the unfortunate circumstances. The remainder of the party said the accomodation was comfortable, impeccably clean, of a great location with personalised service from Cathy. PERFECT tropical North QLD service. Thank you Cathy; indebted to you. We shall get there one day!

The place was nice. Maybe a little dated but well kept and clean. The pool was warm and a very nice area with a great view of the sunset. The 2 BBQ's were nice to have a kept clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and dishes. Be advised that the walk into town is a steep downhill and the return is a steep, but short uphill. You have been advised....LOL.

Good views, great price and good service. Apartment was a little old and in need of a revamp but kept clean and comfortable with fresh sheets and air conditioning. Pool on site a 5 min walk downhill to the main Street with shops, restaurants and bars.

refused to provide a refund when the floods prevented us from getting to the hotel and our flights got cancelled

Slightly older but a wonderful stay. The caretaker was super friendly and dealt with every question with enthusiasm and expert local knowledge. Will definitely stay there again.Great views of the Marina and so close to the main street.

We stayed for a week recently and we found Airlie Apartments a beautifully well maintained, clean and very pleasant environment to relax in after spending time exploring the area.As hospitality professionals, we often find that when we go away on holiday or even when we go out, we will inevitably critique...Our welcome by Cathy was a lovely start, checking in was very quick and painless. Cathy was very informative with regards to the barrage of questions from us about the best places to eat, to visit etc and was kind enough to mark them on the map for us. The kids had already spied the sparkling pool with a lovely view of the marina and islands. Cathy had upgraded our apartment to an ocean view and it was steps from the pool and a lovely apartment it was. Cathy had the aircon running ahead of our arrival and it was a lovely touch. Very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the bed linens and towels. Nicely decorated rooms, clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking as well as great bbqs in the pool area.We have nothing but good things to say about Airlie Apartments and really, the hill is not that bad...

When we arrived we had just got off a cruise. Unfortunately, we arrived late and without payment. We called the after hour line and the receptionist was just on her way out, thankfully she was kind enough to come back and check us in! I couldn’t thank her enough for that.GREAT SERVICE!The views from the room were beautiful! We stayed in the ocean view room on the top floor.The apartment was literally 1 minute away from the main city centre. there are always usually small busses heading up and down the hill that are more than happy to drop you up there.Great customer service and the rooms were really nice and modern.

Cathy the manager was really polite, kind and helpful. She helped us booking a tour and provide some recommendations! The place was very clean and comfortable. Really nice stay. Highly recommended!
