Honestly one of the worst places to buy jewellery, Besides the low range in products the staff don't know a single thing about a their products. I went in to ask whether or not they had garnets (jan birthstone), i asked an employee, she was sweet enough to smile and greet me but when i asked her she asked me whats that" i understand not knowing all the gemstones or products that you have but the first birthstone of the year should be something generally known if not it should be taught by her managers. Later on i headed to the gemstone section MYSELF and the lady helping me proceeded to stand there not helping. She just watched and pointed to the space i was ALREADY looking out and said "these are our gemstones". There was no effort made to even double check or help me look for the item

I walk into the store today and bought some Christmas gift for my family. I got great customer service from the man named Milan. He was very friendly and helpful! Lovely experience in this store!

I came in to buy a gift for my sister for Christmas. I was going to see about getting her some earrings and maybe a necklace if they had an affordable set. The man showed me a pair of earrings that were really nice and said they were on special. When I asked about the necklace it was really expensive so I said I would just get the earrings. Then he told me the earrings were not on special, that they were full price, which I thought was pretty dodgy. Then when I went to pay he said he didn’t have an earring box and just sort of shoved them in a ring box, it looked really bad. He also gave me a necklace box and said I could try cutting it and sticking them in there. I left feeling pretty awful about the experience and went to the Jewellery store a couple of stores down and found a set that was great and they wrapped it up nicely for me. I went back to see if I could take the earrings back, I had only been gone about 20 minutes and hadn’t even taken them home. The man I there told me that they don’t do refunds at all. The product was unopened, unworn, and I damaged. I had the receipt and I was really not happy about the fact that it was not properly packaged. I didn’t know that it would not have its box until after I had paid and I would never have bought it if I did. The man in the store was really rude about it. He actually yelled at me and was extremely aggressive and when I tried to get the earrings back off him at first he wouldn’t let me have them, he sort of snatched them away. I tried to call the main office about it and could not get in touch with anyone about it. I am sort of left feeling ripped off and upset, I really don’t want the earrings anymore. They were not cheap and I really did expect that they would have a proper box as they are a gift. If I could give zero stars I would.

The women with the glasses was friendly & professional. She helped me when I was unsure of what would be the best option. Thank you, the ring is stunning!

Reasonble price & great service. I went to this shop many time and so appreciate for the help from Milan and Ashley! They always showed the right thing. 100% recommend!

Tiáhn was wonderful. She took plenty of time with me and was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I’m now a loyal customer as long as Tiáhn is available. Very pretty girl too.

Jewellery is nice but will not let you refund a non used items for return only after 6 days. Instead offering credit / exchanges instead.
