Half Price Blinds

The customer service was terrible. Blinds took twice as long as they estimated, barely responded to emails, didnt respond to phone calls at all. It got to the point I thought I was being scammed.I didnt recieve any updates that my order had been shipped but they did eventually get here, and I will say the quality of the product is really nice.I wouldnt use them again and would go to a company that actually seems to want customers.

Excellent quality blinds at a great price. Helpful staff to answer your questions and give advice. Highly recommend.

Third order with these guys, first two went fine but this one is dreadful. Can only think the business must have changed hands since my first two orders. Over a month now since I placed my very simple order, no advice that the order is being processed or manufactured and they simply don’t respond to e-mail queries. So disappointing, I’d really like to get a refund and pay a business that has some level of care.

Thanks to Ian from Customer Support for your prompt assistance with my roller blind issue!I recently contacted support for a quote on a replacement control mechanism for one of my roller blinds. Even though it was well out of warranty, Ian has arranged to have one sent without charge.

Ordered a windmaster blind to match our other existing.Was told 6 - 8 weeks for deliveryAfter much ranting and countless un answered phone calls, messages and emails, it eventually turned up after 11 weeks.Went to fit the blind, no fixings, no catches, no crank handle.More ranting to the answer phoneMore unanswered emailsMissing parts arrived with, the wrong crank handleStill waiting for the correct oneHow is this company still in business?What about quality control ?Total joke.

I have recently used Half Price Blinds for new slimline Venetians throughout my house. They were well priced and of good quality.Even when there was a small issue with a blind damaged in transit everyone was beyond helpful. I spoke to Ian who arranged for a new blind to be made, and then it was personally delivered by a lovely gent (named either Joe or Jim) to my door.Nothing was a drama.I would definitely recommend anyone using Half Price Blind for their affordability and service.

I first contacted Half Price Blinds late 2022 as they had just started promoting the Apple HomeKit Eve MotionBlinds which I was extremely interested in fitting throughout our home.From the very first time I contacted them to start getting sample materials through to my orders they have all been beyond wonderful.I currently have eight Eve MotionBlinds that I've received in various sizes and they have been everything I could have wanted.The pricing offered has been excellent for these types of automated blinds and the quality of the material is excellent.Over the eight blinds I've received we have had some minor issues such as one motor that had an incorrect setup code (which the motor is being replaced and shipped back out to me)Any issues or concerns I've had have been resolved quickly and professionally by their amazing support, big shoutout to Jacqui who has responded to me right away and addressed any concerns I've had to my 100% satisfaction.We have a few more blinds to get to complete our entire home which I'll be ordering very soon.

Purchased a full house of blinds. Half arrived and half didn't! They should be called half your order blinds.Don't expect any sort of support as they will just say Na we delivered them

Please don't order from the company. Blinds arrived without any brackets and all other installation pieces. Trying to get to customer service and have not been picking up for 2 weeks. Emails were not responded. Save yourself money.

I ordered two 3m block out blinds, the quality was fantastic, and installation was easy. I was very happy with the service I received from Ian when I ordered the wrong spring for the blind. Even though it was my mistake, Ian arranged to have one sent to me without charge. Thank You
