This shop is my happy place! The minute you walk in you are surrounded by colour. there is so many beautiful beads to choose from and the shop is aways being restocked and updated. there is so much care taken to provide quality and variety its wonderful. Its the perfect place to go as a beginner all the way to professionals. I recommend it to everyone who shows even the slightest of interests, even thought I actually want to keep it a secret and have it all to myself!!!i run a small business called call me chloe and i don't think i would have gotten this far without this shop being available and the staff to recommend me the right materials when i first started.

Oh dear! Some of the worst customer service. Such a surly, unfriendly and unhelpful sales assistant/not sure? at the counter today. So sad that when you’re there and you’re prepared to spend some money on supplies and you ask one question and the only answer you get is “no” and a glare . The person serving you doesn’t show you a possible alternative or suggest something similar and doesn’t even tell you it’s gonna be in soon- you just think it’s not surprise that this business is so small and has revived SOOOOO many negative reviews. Won’t be back and will not be recommending it to others. The poor selection quality reflects the person.

I loved this beautiful store, filled with so many things that spark creative inspiration! I was warmly welcomed by the staff who helped me find everything I needed and gave me great tips for my projects. I also loved the lockers to put my things down giving me freedom to wander through the isles without bumping anything. Would definitely come back again.

I have to say I experienced very poor customer service in this store today. Unhelpful, abrupt and unwilling to give kind advice. I will not be returning to this store. Eureka Beads will be my go to from now on.

A wide range of beautiful quality beads, for very good prices! The staff was absolutely lovely and so welcoming and warm. This is definitely a place that I will be recommending to my friends and family!

soo cute !! they had lockers to put your bags. the store was nice and organised with signs labelling certain categories :D the shop owner (i think) was really kind. overall, a nice experience !!
