Can't say I agree with your methods of advertising. One could argue stickering someone's mailbox is vandalism. Impossible to get the residue off. Will not be giving this business a call any time soon.

We have been using Paul's services for ten years now and are always satisfied with the outcome. He is highly professional, efficient and has the most competitive prices on the market.

I called Paul out when I felt a soft spot in my kitchen floor under the Lino, because I was worried about termites. When he came I showed him that spot. He went around our house and held a device against door frames. He explained that the device can hear termites. Anyway, he charged me $300 and said that the house was clear.Four weeks later a chair leg went through the Lino and that soft spot. I reached in and pulled out the chewed up wood you can see in the photo, with a live termite on it. Since then I have called out two different companies, who went under the floor and confirmed that there are active termites.I asked for a refund from Paul and was told he was on holidays for a week. Two weeks has since passed, with no communication.

Paul was endlessly obliging, promt, friendly, reliable and of course effective. My initial confidence in him was well founded.

When I spoke with Paul over the phone, he quote me for over $200 for our house pest control, and I asked specifically if all insects and rodents are inclusive, he promised yes. On the day of the job, he arrived on time by himself, and then started spraying while humming his songs, and after around 15 minutes, he said it was done, and he sprayed just the most obvious corners and lines within the house, and he did spend about 5-7 minutes outside spraying casually. He then said that all insects including spiders, cockroaches, silverfish and ants will be completely gone within 7-10 days. However, on the second day of the 'pest control', we noticed probably 10 spider webs on the walls of our house, with spiders crawling around, and along the window sills there are lots of silverfish and spiders untreated, and we had to buy a can of insect killer from Coles to deal with them. Paul also said that even the he told me the quote was inclusive, it does not include rodents at all. Apparently his job was done so poorly that the pest is hardly gone, we feel like nothing has been done and the price of over $200 for just less than 15 minutes of casually spraying around the house is not worth it, and there is zero value with this service, other than staining multiple sites of our carpets, and he also walked on our bedroom carpets with his own industrial shoes without covers, leaving lots of dirty shoe prints on our new carpets. Paul seems to be an aged professional in this job, but the job that he carried out was extremely unprofessional and the quality was extremely low. If you are looking to get pest control at home, simply buy a few cans of insects killer and do it yourself, you will be much better than the pest control people (especially Paul).

Terrible service. Supermarket bug spray did a better job. Paul made many promises to return for respray but this was followed by constant excuses as to why he could not make it. Unfortunately the cockroaches remained. Also insisted on being paid in cash. Which was silly of me as I had no recourse when the spray was ineffective

We had Paul come back 3 times and still there were cockroaches everywhere. It seemed whatever paul did made them worse. Buying a tin of spray from the supermarket is more effective. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!This is the most unreliable , ineffective service we have ever spent money on.Paul’s disinterest was evident and I would query his knowledge of pest extermination.

Best Pest control so far I have used. Highly recommend
